Shipping Policy
Canada – All orders are shipped via Canada post and rate for expedited shipping. Please allow 3-8 business days for order processing and delivery. We make every effort to fulfill the orders as quickly as possible.

For orders over $80, the shipping fee will be free in Canada.

For orders over $50, the shipping fee will be free in Calgary area

Return & Exchange Policy
For safety reasons, opened tea products cannot be returned. Accessories are exchangeable. We will not offer exchange for products that are broken upon use.
We want every customer to be happy with their products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us. We can work out alternatives that will satisfy our beloved customers.
